【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandard,whichformspartoftheseriesofstandardsintheIEC60300-3series,istheapplicationguideformaintainability.Itcanbeusedtoimplementamaintainabilityprogrammecoveringtheinitiation,developmentandin-servicephasesofaproduct,whichformpartofthetasksdescribedinIEC60300-2.Itprovidesguidanceonhowthemaintenanceaspectsofthetasksshouldbeconsideredinordertoachieveoptimummaintainability.Itshouldbenotedthatthefullprogrammedescribedinthisstandardwouldonlybeappliedtoamajorcomplexproductwiththepotentialforlong-termusage.Forlesscomplexmaintainableproducts,asimplerprogrammeshouldbeadoptedbytailoringtheprogrammetosuitthedegreeofcomplexityandtherequirementsofthecustomer.ThestandardusesotherIECstandardsandguides,notablyIEC60706,asreferencedocumentsortoolstoprovidemoredetailastohowataskshouldbeundertaken.Contractsbetweencustomerandsupplierwillvarywidelyaccordingtoconditionsandcircumstancesindifferentindustries.Thisstandardiswrittenonthepremisethataproductistobedevelopedbyacontractorfromabasicconceptfortheparticularrequirementsofauserwhentheproductisconsideredtobeadevelopmentitem(Dl).However,inmanyinstances,whereaproductalreadyexistsandneedslittleornodevelopmenteffort;itisaNon-developmentitem(NDI)andthefullmaintainabilityprogrammeasdescribedinthisstandardwillnotberequired.However,theprincipleslaiddowninthestandardcanbeappliedasrequired,bytailoringthemaintainabilityprogrammetosuittheneedsoftheproject.
