【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofzearalenoneinmaizebasedbabyfood,barleyflour,maizeflour,polenta,wheatflourandcerealbasedfoodsforinfantsandyoungchildrenbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)withimmunoaffinitycleanupandfluorescencedetection.Thismethodhasbeenvalidatedintwointerlaboratorystudies.Thefirststudywasfortheanalysisofsamplesofmaizebasedbabyfood,barleyflour,maizeflour,polentaandwheatflourrangingfrom10μg/kgto335μg/kg,andthesecondstudywasforsamplesofcerealbasedfoodsforinfantsandyoungchildrenrangingfrom9μg/kgto44μg/kg.Furtherinformationonvalidation,seeClause9andAnnexB.
